    Hi. I can't download your malware detector because the screen pops up before I can do anything. What it does is if I try to open Microsoft edge, or any other application, a blue screen will appear saying "Microsoft Windows product key" then you have to type in your region and if you have a laptop or desktop, then hit next. After that you have to type in your product key but even if you type it in correctly it does not work and the screen takes up the full screen with no X button and if you do ctrl alt delete to get to task manager the task manager does not open so you cannot close the application. The only way to get rid of it is to shut down your computer completely

    This same thing is happening to me so if you have a way to fix it then please let me know!! It is very annoying!
