Okay once I pay it off I'll talk to them and make sure I don't see them on the task manager anymore since that's how I found it in the first place. Thank you for your help I appreciate it.

Can't remove the programs and I'm not sure what to do. I tried making idle not read only and I can't change it at all and I'm not a huge technical person so yeah. (It never shows up on antivirus, I've tried a couple different ones.)
