MB dont scan, and cant start real time prot

I have the exact same problem. Probably same exact time I tried malwarebytes rootkit removal tool; It found nothing. Tried hitman pro trial, Found some cookies, and DRM. Tried to start cameleon, could not run. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still have the problem.
