  1. FANTASTIC. Problem now fixed and Malwarebytes showing fully protected. Thank you very much. Much appreciated.
  2. Description of problem Checked my Malwarebytes Premium this morning only to find it reading: "You are not fully protected". When I went into Protection Settings I found that I could not switch on 'Malware Protection'. When I click on it it does change to ON but one second later reverts to OFF. Closed and opened Malwarebytes five times but problem remained the same. Description of problem Checked my Malwarebytes Premium this morning only to find it reading: "You are not fully protected". When I click on it it does change to ON but one second later reverts to OFF. What can I do? Everything else is OK. Also on 22nd May my scan reported 'Website blocked' five times. Report OK for 23rd. What caused that?
  4. I recently had to install Malwarebytes 3.1.2 Premium on another laptop as the hard drive died on my current one. Installed fine and working but today I it is saying "Not fully Protected - turn on all Real-Time Protection layers". Everything is turned on, have restarted laptop, but nothing in Malwarebytes has changed. Seems lots of other people suffering as well. Anyone found a solution or is Malwarebytes investigating?
