  1. Ok it seems to be working fine now and web protection is now enabled. Thank you for your assistance!
  2. Looks like I had the wrong version of that software. The correct file is now attached. mb-check-results.zip
  3. No worries! I did follow those diagnostic software instructions and the log I sent was the result of it. I'll try it again and attach all the files in case it didn't collate them again. FRST.txt Addition.txt CheckResults.txt
  4. I just started having the same issue. Web protection cannot be turned on and getting the annoying real time protection turned off popup as a result. Attached is the log file needed to troubleshoot. Thanks! CheckResults.txt
  5. Same issue was popping up for me starting a couple days ago on both my laptop and home PC. I thought maybe this was related to the Creators Update Microsoft just pushed out, but it is happening on other versions of Windows too.
  6. As a temporary measure if want to perform an immediate system check, do a search for Spybot Search & Destroy. It is a free malware checking program that I have used for years prior to buying the Premium version of MWB. It it is not as thorough as MWB, but it is better than nothing right now.
