  1. The problem isn't that their db servers are down for maintenance. That is normal. The issue is the program is not coded to handle it properly. A simple flag on the server to let the program go on about it's business and wait for things to come back up. With a message explaining whats going on coming up for those trying to update manually. Then no one would be worrying and wasting hours of their bloody time removing and reinstalling the program to get it working.

  8. Getting really tired of this program lately. It hasn't worked properly for about a year now. The current issues are: 1. Doesn't show up in the system tray. I have to go through the menus to start it if I wan't to do a scan. This has been happening on and off for about a year now. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it isn't. Lately it just refuses to show there. 2. I have lost the context menu to scan individual items. This has been intermittent as well but now just won't show up. Anyone else having this? Is there a fix?
  9. It's happening to me too. There is something seriously wrong with the way they made version 3 I think. This is the second time it has happened in a month. I'm starting to wonder if I should be looking elsewhere. The annoying part is this has always been the first program I recommend my clients to download but I am now questioning this as whenever something goes wrong they call me rather than check with the vendor.
  10. This is getting beyond a joke. My exploit protection now refuses to start as well. This is twice now in as many weeks there have been serious failures with this product. Sort yourselves out please gents or I'm going to have to find a new solution. You have been a good company till now so I'm prepared to give you some slack but two big failures in one month is starting to make me worry. Please fix this asap.
  11. Add me to the list. My web protection wont start and even more worrying it won't scan my computer anymore. It runs for a split second but doesnt check any files. What is happening with this program lately? First the program stops being able to scan anything until you close the auto scan report and now this? Someone needs to read the riot act to their programmers. This in NOT the type of application where customers will easily forgive major bugs. Especially with all the hacking going on lately.
