  1. The problem isn't that their db servers are down for maintenance. That is normal. The issue is the program is not coded to handle it properly. A simple flag on the server to let the program go on about it's business and wait for things to come back up. With a message explaining whats going on coming up for those trying to update manually. Then no one would be worrying and wasting hours of their bloody time removing and reinstalling the program to get it working.
  2. I'm having the same problem too. It is unable to update. Version 3.4.5
  3. I had the same problem recently. If you follow the latter steps in my thread on the topic you may be able to fix yours too.
  4. That last bit seems to have done the trick. It's back to normal now. Thanks very much for your help. Much appreciated.
  5. Reinstalled and restarted. Unfortunately the contect menu is still missing.
  6. Hmm not sure what happened there. I remade the file and it is considerably larger and I tested it and it opens properly. Thanks. mb-check-results.zip
  7. Heres the file. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated. mb-check-results.zip
  8. Getting really tired of this program lately. It hasn't worked properly for about a year now. The current issues are: 1. Doesn't show up in the system tray. I have to go through the menus to start it if I wan't to do a scan. This has been happening on and off for about a year now. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it isn't. Lately it just refuses to show there. 2. I have lost the context menu to scan individual items. This has been intermittent as well but now just won't show up. Anyone else having this? Is there a fix?
