  1. So about a month ago, I got infected with viruses that hijacked my browsers. At first it was a small problem easily fixed by un/reinstalling the browsers and rebooting. But now even after uninstalling the browsers (Chrome and mozilla) there are entire new folders that replace those browsers with their illegitimate counterparts.I end up having both chrome and mozilla (While I clearly have them uninstalled). BUT, the thing that is frightening me is that the MWB scanning finds 0 Threats, even though these folders are clearly fake and aim to harm my pc.(It is considerably slower) The names of the search engines which have taken over my browsers are: 123startingpage Luckystarting Ourluckysites Searchinme I should also add that MWB blocks these sites, meaning I can only use the browser by directly inputting the adress in the url I would be extremely grateful if I were to receive some help. Thanks for your time. Addition.txt FRST.txt

  3. I'd like to express a fairly annoying problem I'm having with malwarebytes regarding blocking sites which ARE harmful but MAWB not removing them even with scanning/quarantine Do I have to make a new topic in the forum? And if yes, could you tell me where?
  4. I deleted two untrusted malwarebytes certificate and after rebooting, downloaded malwarebytes itself. Worked like a charm. Thanks, I really appreciate your help and your time you spent with my problem
  5. Here are the scan results from the MBAM 2x scan and the MBAR scan (I did cleanup the threats with MBAM but not the threats that MBAR found) Scan results.txt mbar-log-2017-05-26 (12-43-06).txt
  6. Tried installing in safe mode, didn't work Installed again in normal mode, didn't work but i got new logs Installed the 3.0.6 build, got ''Runtime error at 14:76. Could not call proc.'' Logfile2.zip
  7. I can't log in to download the new build, there is an error while signing in but it doesn't give more details as in if my password/email is wrong. So for now I'll try completely uninstalling it and reinstalling it in safe mode
  8. After downloading malwarebytes and running the setup, during installation, right after I choose my preferred language , the message ''Runtime Error (at 47:120)" appears. I have tried to fix it, I even checked the forum but I found no help. I have tried completely uninstalling malwarebytes with your removal program, rebooting and reinstalling it right after but I still get the message "Runtime Error (at 47:120)". A way to solve this would be appreciated. Thanks for your time
