  1. Please note mothersofsons.info is generating a false positive response on Windows but not iOS or Android. I am one of the team running the site and there are no problems nor have there ever been. Please can you sort out. Thanks. Ian
  2. I have just yesterday encountered exactly the same problem under the same circumstances - just reading emails, not clicking on anything or opening emails, attachments, etc. Also I have no detections listed and scans by Malwarebytes and Defender come up completely clear. The difference is that even after multiple restarts of the machine, Outlook will not start. The message is "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". Everything else on the machine operates as normal and I'm using Outlook Web Access as a temporary workaround which is working OK. There is no sign of anything else unusual so I'm assuming it may be a false positive. All latest Windows updates are installed and I have Malwarebytes Premium. It seems that MB has hidden the Outlook program as when I look in the files there is no longer outlook.exe visible. Any advice as to how to get Outlook running again would be much appreciated. I have submitted a support ticket for this however there has been no response - I do understand there are a few issues at the moment that maybe occupying your attention!
