  1. Thanks. I think that answers my question. I'm reinstalling Windows, want to do a clean start without copying over all the junk I've accumulated.
  2. I presume that with a new HD it's basically a new device, but just want to check. I've got Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO which is a lifetime sub. One of the many things I need to do before changing hard drives. Thanks. Doug
  3. I use Winauth for security. https://winauth.github.io/winauth/ I've never had a problem before. 4. Yes, I'm still having lodder.club popups. Doug
  5. OK, here's the fileFixlog.txt I have to say that I'm pretty upset that it crashed Firefox and Chrome. In both I have a lot, and I mean a lot, of tabs open. Firefox recovered them. Chrome usualy does but not this time, and the backup in my session manager extension was also deleted somehow. I should be told to shut them first. Of course if I missed the warning, apologies and could it be more in your face? Will Malwarebytes be upgraded to stop lodder.club in the future? Thanks, Doug
  6. ADWcAddition.txt leaner didn't help. Here are the files fromthe Farbar tool. Thanks. FRST.txt
  7. This is some form of adware - popups every few minutes. I see a lot of other malware programs saying they remove it.
