  2. Oh, I see. Thank you for the answer and reference link. I will check it later (this is another issue I have). Since yesterday, Malwarebytes hasn't detected any threats. I guess the solution worked well Thank you so much for your help. Your guidance was very clear and easy to understand. I'm glad that you are my advisor for this case. Thank you once again.
  3. Finally I can run FRST today & it didn't take a long time. Here I attached the log. But the fixlist.txt disappeared from the folder after reboot. Why? BTW, this is maybe out of topic a little bit, but I'm curious about something. Can malware affect keys (keyboard) function? Like randomly opening shortcuts even though the window key is disable? Or is there any other reasons? Fixlog.txt

  7. I'm trying to run FRST's fix option, but why it takes so long? It has been more than 4 hours now but the fixing process doesn't stop. Is this normal? Or maybe I'm doing it wrong?
  8. Hello. I'm a Windows 7 user and a few months ago, I've changed my laptop's keyboard (hardware) into a new one because some keys were malfunctioned. At first, everything seems fine but soon the keys started to going crazy. Some keys turned to shortcut keys (like opening a new window, open the control panel, etc) or freezed the screen . I don't know whether this got to do with malware or because it has a conflict with other program. After I changed to that new keyboard, I uninstalled some programs, bought and downloaded Microsoft Office 2016 and Malwarebytes Premium 3.0. The problem getting

  10. Hello. I need help. I used a Chinese video player program by Thunder for a few years. Recently I've uninstalled the program dan remove all Thunder's registry that I can find using regedit.exe. However, every day Malwarebytes would find the same malwares. Though I deleted them and the folder, they keep coming back. What should I do?
  11. I'm a Premium user of Malwarebytes 3.0 for Windows7. The problem is, Malwarebytes Service causing a very slow start up and sometimes makes the other programs lagging or freezing for a while. This is really annoying. When I disable the Malwarebytes Service on msconfig.exe, my laptop back to normal but I can't open Malwarebytes program anymore. This problem never happened when I used the previous version, even together with Kaspersky Internet Security program. Please fix this or tell me how to solve this problem. Thank you.
