  1. That's why i went back to 3.3.1 and disabled program update in the settings. v 3.3.1 don't have that annoying notification they put in, in later version. God knows why they did put that annyoing notification in. Would be so simple for the developers to make a way for us to turn it off.
  2. Tried it again with the latest version and rebooted and it is working fine now with it enabled. Thanks!
  3. Yes, rebooted twice now and it's working fine now with this latest version with self protection module enabled, without spamming the eventlog Very good! Just the same usual old DCOM errors in eventlog from windows 10 that MS never seems to take care of. You really have made version 3 really good now and i'm glad! Good job, guys!
  4. Hello and thank you for the reply Yes, it slows down a bit when booting, starting windows and spams eventlog, but yes this new latest version runs better than former versions did. without self protection module it runs just fine, no slow downs. I'm gonna enable the self protection module now and see how it goes in eventlog.
  5. The self protection module is enabled by default and i have to turn it off, it really burdens the whole computer, slows it down pretty much and spams the eventlog and slower boot and i have pretty powerful computer. Takes alot of CPU Power. Is it really necessary to have it enabled? Mbam should do pretty good job without it enabled? Mbam 3.1.2.1733 Windows 10 Pro x64 1703 15063.296
  6. Just my thoughts on the latest version. Just installed the latest v 3.1.2.1733. This version is usuable and running good. Did a manual scan, and it made it this time without crashing/restarting the service which the former beta version did. Why self-defence module is enabled as default is not good as i have to disable that first thing, since it really slows down the whole computer and spam the eventlog. That should be optimized/tweaked. It is a bit slow still, but runs pretty smooth anyway and i have pretty powerful computer. I'm running ESET at the same time and having ESET uninstalled makes no difference in performance on my machine. So far so good. Thanks.
  7. exile360 Thank you Eagleeye thank you also for the screenshot. I gave 3.0 version a new try and have installed latest 3.0 CU4.1 3.0.6.1469 10103 now and this version seems much more stable and better this far. It seems to keep it's settings at boot and working without being dsiabled at boot as former 3 versions did. So thank you again
  8. Is there a way to stop the force update to v3.0 when having v2.0 installed? After some time the program downloads v3.0 and popup nagging about installing v3.0.
