Hello, so I'm having a lot of issues with my PC right now. I'm running windows 10. Whenever I try to open pretty much any .exe file, it gives me the error: "The requested resource is in use". I have had this problem for about a month now but it has really gotten annoying now. I looked it up before and found a solution for it when I first got it and I downloaded some external malwarebytes program which got rid of the problem for a while. I just now noticed that the problem has came back and the external program doesn't work. I have been trying to fix this for hours now, looking on many websites for a solution but none of them worked. I can't run any anti malware program so I'm not sure what to do. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
