Hi , I am a private user and just recently upgraded my free Malwarebytes to a premium one, but just in a few days after paying for the premium services i am seeing that my Malware Protection got off, and when I try to turn it on, it says "Starting ......" but it actually never turns on . Please see screenshot attached. I would want to have it fixed. Please help, would appreciate. Thanks
  2. I was having the same issue with fiverr.com. adding *.fiverr.com to the exclusion list solved the issue for me. Awesome .Thanks, fiverer, this resolved the issue. Thanks very much. Now there is another issue. Malware protection is off Please see attached. And when i go into the settings and try turning on , it stays on "starting".....screen shot attached. Thanks

  5. Hi there, I am using Fiverr.com to order my Business Logos and label, and I have already paid for a package label designs and logo. The designer on this site after delivering the order provides only 3 days to test and resubmit further requirements for revision. Please see screenshot attached. I recently upgraded to a 2 yearsMalwareBytes premium subscription. Receipt attached. Just yesterday suddenly the MalwareByte blocked the site. Please see attached Error. I ran windows troubleshoot option but there's no issue with windows. Please see screenshot attached. I then added the site in Exclusions but even this didn't help and the site is still blocked. Please see screenshot attached. I am having a hard time though, that is frustrating as I got a day left to submit my changes for the logo and label, and if I don't I will be losing $73.00 with an unfinished work. I have already sent an email to Malwarebytes to resolve this issue but instead of helping me they sent me a couple of links fo search and fix the issue myself. Screenshot attached. I searched a lot in MalwareByte forums but didn't find any resolve. I am not that technical and won't be able to fix this.
