  1. The RANSOMWARE & MALWARE protections won't turn ON. I tried reinstalling my 3.7.1.2839 but to no avail. I tried running the Support Tool but no luck. Without gathering LOGS, isn't there a common reason for this problem? I'm sure this has been happening to many. I'm using Windows 8. Thanks. Steve
  2. I cannot get the Ransomware & Malware protection to GO back on. I've reinstalled + used repair tool which doesn't finish. What's up? Thanks Steve
  3. What's going on with MALWAREBYTES. I'm getting this 255.255.255.255 BLOCKED outgoing websites every off & on starting a while ago. First, we had the SS.SYMCD.com one with different prefixes a few days ago now this. What to do? Go on Social media? Steve
  4. Just a SUGGESTION. The FASTEST way to get an authoritative DEFINITIVE answer is to LIGHT up TWITTER and FACEBOOK like an old fashioned CHRISTMAS tree starting NOW. I just got another pop up NOW. If I can SAFELY exclude SYMCD.COM until a FIX is in, I will do so. Should I exclude? Or wait? Thanks Steve
  5. Please ACCEPT my APOLOGY for being a little DENSE. The issue is 100% FIXED as of this MOMENT will NOT recur again as of 9:20 AM CT. Or it WILL be fixed? Do I need to do ANYTHING? I rely on MALWAREBYTES very heavily. Thanks Steve
  6. I am getting SIMILAR blocked website pop up messages from MALWAREBYTES 3.2.2 on Windows 8 also using Norton Security Suite (SYMANTEC). The pop up says: SS.SYMCD.com, and PREFIXES TN, S2, GN, SR, etc. Norton says they KNOW nothing. Am BOMBARDED with these POP UPS, just starting TODAY. It says OUTBOUND. What is going on? I believe MANY people need help. Many thanks. Steve
