  1. Installed and working OK...for now... I will keep you posted.
  2. OK, this morning...new problem. Refer to pics. mb-check-results.zip
  3. It's on...weird. Another thing that is weird is now it says I have version 3.0.6? Personally, I don't care what version I have as long as it's all working.
  4. Done... You never take me anywhere anymore... Addition.txt FRST.txt mb-check-results.zip
  5. I got stupid. It's like a good marriage gone bad, one hangs on in hopes that things will return to their original happy state...and apparently they're haven't...
  6. Same problem, with the latest version. Reference: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/198539-no-protection-306/ What gives? When will this be fixed?
  7. I have requested a refund. Thanks for your help but it's getting ridiculous. My advice, pull this program until it's fixed and temporarily replace it with the last one that worked. If that was done, you'd still have my business.
  8. How about you send me a refund and I dump the program from my computer and we call it even... Look, I paid for this, it's not the free version and I have a lot of time invested in this so far...and all for naught. Now you give me an additional thirteen steps to perform? I can't even figure out how to turn it off so it can't be started! To add, if this were a table, TV, or toaster, I'd return it to the store and I assure you I'd get a full refund...
  9. OK, still not 100% this morning but a strange thing happened. I figured, what the hell, so I ran a scan. It found some things and asked if I wanted to quarantine them. I did. It sat there quarantining and when I check, the computer was frozen. I had to manually turn it off. Then, when I booted up again, which I had to do twice because the first time it found no op system, the MB program was 100% active. So I figured I'd better run the scan again. Again it found some issues. I quarantined them and that worked but it automatically re-booted my puter. Now that I'm back up and running, the original problem still exists with the Malwarebytes...my "guess" is there's a serious glitch in your software because none of this stuff has ever happened before. I am currently running an AVG scan just to be on the safe side. Any advice?
  10. I assume you were able to get the .zip open? And thanks, this is getting VERY frustrating. The old version never gave me any problems, then this improved version...well...
