  1. I rebooted my machine, and it is working again. Thank you
  2. My Malwarebytes Real Time Web protection has been turned off and I am unable to turn it on. What's the solution?
  3. Actually nothing was turned off when I got that last pop up. My component update version is 1.0.1659. I've had no problems since I last posted. It seems to have gone away.
  4. Real Time Protection Turned Off pop up again. I made sure all the exclusions were made both in Norton and Malwarebytes. This may have something to do with applying updates because in both instances, when it happened it was right after the definitions were updated. All my protections were on. I rebooted my computer and waited awhile and it didn't happen again. Just a FYI to the staff
  5. I added the exclusions and have not seen the pop up reappear. Thank you for your help.
  6. Thank you. My computer was off overnight, this was the first startup of the day. I have Norton also installed on my computer. MB-CheckResult.txt
  7. I wanted to report that even though my dashboard says all my protection layers on, at startup I received the pop up that they were off. Just happened for first time since I downloaded CU4. I have this version: Malwarebytes version: 3.0.6.1469 Component package version: 1.0.96 Update Package version: 1.0.1640 Is there another update or something?
  8. Just uninstalled the old and installed the new CU4. Everything working fine! Thank you!
  9. I've had Malwarebytes premium installed on my computer for twelve days, purchased for five, and I just experienced this same problem tonight, I turned off the option for Enable self-protection module as suggested on the Malwarebytes website and rebooted, it worked. Hoping for a fix so I can turn it back on.
