Booted into safe mode with networking, but states the same issue.

When I try to run mbar, a popup window appears stating "The requested resource is in use". It does this for all security software that I have tried.

FRST.txt Addition.txt I can't seem to open any antivirus programs to solve this problem. I did use Spybot Portable, but that didn't solve the issue. It doesn't let me open the programs that I have or download any new ones. Please help!
