  1. Hi Cli I'm afraid I can't find how to do this in the Malwarebytes for Windows guide v4. The file reported is #ProgramFiles#SecureAPlusService.exe IP 129.126.220.4 Port 443 The Windows Update Virus has ruined my keyboard, the hashes are supposed to be forward slashes. cheers Ewan
  2. Hi I have Malwarebytes Antimalware (MA) premium on one computer and on another I have SecureAPlus plus and MA free. On the latter machine MA is currently giving me a free trial of premium and is constantly flashing warnings that it's blocking SecureAPlus because of an alleged Trojan. Moreover, it blocks my attempts to login to my SecureAPlus account so I can report the issue to them. I'm aware that I can whitelist SecureAPlus, but how can I tell if it's really safe? thanks Ewan
  3. Thanks nik, updated now and seems to be working fine now Ewan
  4. Hi all I had this issue too, it seems like a common one. The easy fix suggested by Super Dave seemed to work, so thanks for that. I have version 3,06, with auto-updates switched on, It says it's up to date and nothing happens when I check for updates except the main screen appears. How come I have an older version? thanks
