  1. I clicked on the MB-Clean and it took me to a screen where it said Windows was experiencing a problem and will collect data and restart for me. The tool did not prompt me to re-install the latest product so I clicked on the link you provided in Step #5 and I get 'invalid request'
  2. I keep getting this message (see screen shot) and I've deleted my McAfee program as I read this could interfere with Malware. I've restarted my computer and it still does not work. The scan runs for about 2 seconds and stops. I don't know what else to try!
  3. Every day I get a pop-up message that I'm not protected and I can either Turn-On or go to Protection Settings. When I go to Turn-on, nothing happens and the message reappears in about 10-15 minutes. If I go to Protection Settings and select 'restore defaults' it looks like it is turning on the real-time layer... I see "starting" but when I shut down my laptop and return the next day it is like groundhog day, the same old thing over and over. How do I fix this?
