  4. Hello @cohelfer We believe the BSOD you are seeing should be addressed with a new Component update we will be releasing shortly. I will send you a note once we release the Beta for you to try it out.   6. Hello @Sron The developer did go through the dump file. We have a Beta update coming out in a day or 2 and this might solve the issue. I will send you a message when the new Beta is out. Thank you for your patience and we are sorry you have been experiencing the BSOD issues.

Hello @adamsapple20 Can you please provide us the following 2 files: C:\Windows\Minidump\021321-47361-01.dmp and C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP You can use something like https://wetransfer.com/ to upload the dump file and send it across. Also, can you also see what happens when you disable NordVPN and run Malwarebytes. Do you still see the BSOD when NordVPN is disabled ?

  16. Hello @bkr512 Thank you for letting us know that the latest update has fixed the BSOD issue for you. It did have fixes for a few BSOD.s related to web protection. However I would not recommend turning off real time protection as its opens up your system to threats. Please turn it on and let us know how things go. Thank you.
