  2. Hi The new UI for the above software does not allow you to go into full screen when checking what has been quarantined. The old one did allow this so you could see the full name and so on. When it scans and shows results there is no way to expand that report. I have to say your new layout may look clean but I did prefer the old UI and set up. This was looks and feels too simple. has anyone else been having this issue re seeing the full report or am I doing something wrong? Cheers

  5. I will run the repair option and reinstall! Not sure why running the mb-support broke the programme again! What did the logs showed - can you tell me please? That reinstall seems to have brought it back to normal re premium and so on. Cheers

  10. Hy I have Malwarebytes premium: However, this morning it appeared to slow down and freeze my PC. When I exited the malwarebytes, rebooted the PC, all was well except that when I tried to open malwarebytes, it came up with "unable to connect to server". I therefore download the mb-support tool. That did it's business and uninstalled malwarebytes and rebooted the PC. I then download another copy of malwarebytes and that appears to have worked and recognises my premium status. I then got FRST from the mb-support tool and ran that. I am not sure what to do with the two log
