  1. My protections settings look exactly like yours does. Now it says I'm PROTECTED!!!!!
  2. Bless your heart.. I removed the program then rebooted my computer and I was finally able to log back into my computer.. AMEN. Proceeded to download it again and finally it competed the entire download without a hitch.. At the present time I'm doing a scan. Let's just hope it completes the scan and removes whatever it is that is causing my computer to malfunction. The last time I did the scan it said it had 8 threats but when I said to quarantine it deleted 976 files. What was up with that? It completed the scan and it says there are no Threats detected. So now I will tick that item you said in the previous message.
  3. Yes I can open up the program and will do that right now. That's in Real time Protection?
  4. i'm So fearful of shutting down my computer at the present time due to the fact that I'm afraid that I will not be allowed to log back into it with my microsoft account. I've left my computer on since Sunday night just so I don't lose what I have now. the Tech made a new name for me on my computer because he said my previous one was corrupt. I ran my Avast Premier and I'm supposed to reboot my computer but again fearful of rebooting my computer for that same reason. This whole mess started when I ran my Malewaarybytes scan and rebooted my computer. That's when It told me that I wasn't able to log into my microsoft account. I'm running win10
  5. I keep getting an error message while online Sad face This site Cant's be reached such and such site took too long to respond Search Google for such and such site.. ERR CONNECTION TIMED OUT
  6. Wait I did take a pic of it but It's on my phone.. here's what it says.. C:/WINDOWS>systems32/drivers/mba64.sys aN eRROR OCCURRED WHILE TRYING TO REPLACE THE EXISTING FILE:dELETEfILE FAILED;CODE5 access is denied Click Retry to try again,Ignore to skip this file(not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation
  7. No I'm sorry it was done so quickly I wasn't able to read it entirely. It just stopped a bit after the halfway mark, that's all I can tell you.
  8. Truthfully I was on the phone with my Smartplan tech and he did a full removal of Malewarebytes. We tried to download the product 3=4 times so finally he decided to just hit the dismiss bar and continue with the download. I was told not to put anything into my computer as I'm getting error messages as I'm playing my games. TIMEOUT messages. My Maleware program has not been functioning properly for at least 3-4 weeks. So we believe I have some sort of "Bug" on my computer. The program scans but still says I'm not protected. After doing the scan on Sunday night I rebooted my computer and then was not able to sign into my Microsoft account on my computer and all hell broke loose.
  9. When I downloaded Malewarebytes after having to remove it from my computer due to some problem with it, I kept getting an error message about the point of the 55% mark or somewhere like that. Now whenever I do a scan it still says that I'm not Protected. Please HELP!
