Hi all - here's one data point for what its worth. I just installed MB 3.0 Premium Trial yesterday. This morning I got 39 Website Blocked messages that stopped abruptly at 10:20. They were all related to blocking chrome outbound to an IP address: (see below and attached)

IP Address: 239.255.255.250
Port: various
Type: Outbound
The popups stopped at 10:20 I suspect due to an auto update.
So at least for me a brand new MB 3.0 trial user the problem has been solved.
Hope this helps the support team confirm their latest correction at lease for one type of MB user....
