  2. Case #1233867. I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this , but i am getting no reply from support tickest,This is the 3rd time i have tried contacting you, Please help me sort my problem, I have installed a newer faster Hard Drive into my PC and reinstalled Windows 10, I then reinstalled my MalawareBytes and tried reactivating it, but got an error Message saying i had used my licence already, I now realize that i was supposed to Deactivate it 1st before i reinstalled windows , but i cannot obviously do that now, PLEASE tell me how to get my Licence back into my program??? , Thank You. PS I have a lifetime Licence.
