  2. I previously had an issue with my real-time protection turning itself off. Support gave me the information for uninstall old version (my automatic updates were not working) and reinstall. I saved my licensing information since the instructions indicate this will not carry over and I'll have to manually enter my licensing information once the new version has been installed. During the install I did have several errors pop up (too quickly to notate the errors), but I did finally get the update installed. Here is where my new problem comes in to play.   3. I've managed to get the software reinstalled. However, now when I enter my license key. The option to activate is grayed out and I can't get it activated. Now what do I do?
  4. OK. So it seems once again my Real-time Protection is turning itself off. It worked fine after the last update that supposedly resolved this issue, but this has become an issue once again. Attaching a screenshot from this morning. I've tried to restart, but all it says is "Starting" and never goes any further. BTW, I have the full-blown pay version of this software.
  5. Actually I had tried this yesterday and got some weird "this page is no longer available" (or something to that effect). This morning I was able to d/l the file and it [so far] seems to have resolved the issue. Thank you so much.
  6. I must be in excellent company. Been having the same issue. I attempted to turn the real- time protection on. When I flip the toggle switch, it says it's starting but never does. Also, I've noticed my computer turns off as it nears the end of a scan. Not a shut-down, just clicks off. Running Windows 10
