    Aura, Let's try the less drastic method first and go with the clean option. If that does not work, I will get the launch codes to nuke the system and rebuild. Bill

    Greetings, I have just received a laptop from one of my users with the nasty nanocore client running on it. I have tried many various adware/virus removal software and it is still there. I finally found some posts regarding this and have ran FRST. This forum seems to be the only way to remove this. I have attached first.txt and addition.txt, I do not know what the next step is.
