The OS of my computer is Vista, basic Home Edition. I followed Step 1: Show Hidden Files and Folders: Show Hidden Files and Folders in Windows Vista and Windows 7: * Click on the Start button and select Computer * Press the Alt key on your keyboard and click on Tools * Select Folder Options * Click the View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is selected under Hidden files and folders * Next, uncheck the box next to Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) * Then, uncheck the box next to Hide extensions for known file types * Click Apply then click OK and I did Step 2: Exclude Files and Folders: I put everything in the Exclude Files and Folders except C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Because I could not find it. So I copied "C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes" into Exclude Folders. But it didn't work.

Thank you(marktreg, Buttons, seekit) for all your wonderful help. In the "Resident Shield - Directory Excludes", I add only "C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\rules.ref" in it. In the "Excluded files", I add the following in the box C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\zlib.dll C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.dll C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamext.dll C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\rules.ref C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbam.sys C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbamswissarmy.sys It works perfectly.
