Could you do the following, please.
- Download MB-Check and save to your desktop
- Double-click to run MB-Check and within a few second the command window will open, then click "OK"
- This will produce one log file on your desktop: mb-check-results.zip
- Attach this file to your forum post by clicking on the "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..." or simply drag the file to the attachment area

You're using the beta, which has some known issues with Web Protection. I would recommend reinstalling the latest stable version by using mb-clean from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean
I apologize...i got ahead of myself and uninstalled the beta version before I ran the cleanup utility.
Here are the results from running cleanup.

i am having this same issue with the System Tray icon missing from taskbar although the program is running.
This happened after i had to disable Real Time Protection in order to access my router configuration via it's server address which I have done many times in the past without mbam blocking it.
I have already run FRST and MB-check and am attaching the .zip file to this message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

i recently removed the MPC Cleaner virus from my pc and now my Firewall will not start and i cannot sign in to mhy Wireless network. Iactually have a 2G and a 5G network but only the 2g ssid shows up in the scans. My other devices are able to access both ssid's and i am able to access the internet using a cable attached to my LAN port.
Inanticipation of needing to contact support i downloaded FRST64 and ran a scan with pretty much every box checked.
My computer is a Sony VAIO AllI In One vcpl137fx running windows 7 sp1.
the only things i tried to do werer to get the Firewall and Wireless network working but nothing Microsoft suggested worked.
Thank you,
