  1. Ah, I see. Thanks for the quick response!

  3. After having disabled Avira for a week, I could safely say that a few issues dissapeared upon disabling it. Of course, threat scans stopped running at random, but also the anti-rootkit driver doesn't fail to load anymore. A minor problem that I had with the program, where it sometimes wouldn't start the Web Protection layer disappeared as well. So, for any future readers experiencing the same or similar issues, you might want to disable any other antivirus programs and see if the issues persist. Thank you very much for your help!
  4. I think it could be the anti-rootkit driver. Sometimes a message tells me to restart my computer so it could start. I will disable Avira for some time to see if it fixes the issue. Thanks for the response, i will let you know if it worked.
  5. This doesn't solve the problem for me. The only scheduled scan I have is a weekly hyper scan that runs every Sunday at 6AM. I've set it up so it would recover that scan within 18 hours, so it will run should I miss that exact time, but only on Sundays. And this is where the problem arises: 1. The scan that runs at random is a threat scan, not a hyper scan, which is weird because I never scheduled one in the first place; 2. Said threat scan runs on days other than Sunday, e.g. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays. UPDATE: I forgot to mention that every once in a while, a new entry gets added to the scan scheduler without my permission, according to which my computer has to run a threat scan on reboot. Every time it shows up i delete it, but to no avail because the scan runs regardless.
  6. I don't know what's going on. The default option Malwarebytes came pre-installed with was to run a threat scan on startup. I deleted that to get better performance since my computer has very limited resources and set it to run a hyper scan every week instead. I do not have any other scheduled scans. However, it seems to ignore that and runs a threat scan on startup regardless. It happened 4 times and on these dates: July 3rd, 2018; July 4th, 2018; July 7th, 2018; July 11th, 2018. It happens at random, not necessarily always. For example, when I turned my computer on today it didn't. I tried to fix the issue by reinstalling with the Malwarebytes Cleanup Utility, but it didn't fix the problem. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Thanks in advance, AleksandarF mbst-grab-results.zip
  7. I'm sorry for being inexperienced here, but what if you deleted the shortcut? How do you create another one.
