  1. Hi, I've been a MWB paid version for 4 years. I always upgraded at the last day, I have 2 questions: Question 1: Can I renew and change license code up front? If I do, do i lose my remaining days that are left? Question 2: I currently have a license for 1 computer. If I buy a license for 3 computers and enter the key, will it work smoothly? Thanks!
  2. Ok thanks, is that one 151.101.22.133 for certificates as well? How do we know which is and which isnt?
  3. Hi, I'm using Malwarebytes Premium, version 3.6.1.2711 with the latests updates. I had to format my computer 5 days ago because it was infected with a trojan horse. Since then I've been monitoring my network traffic to see if anything was going on. I found many weird things. Like the SVCHOST connecting to various random unknown IP Adresses. Here are some examples : Outbound to 72.21.91.29 (Verizon Business) Outbound to 104.16.89.108 (Cloudflare) Outbound to 151.101.22.133 (Fastly) Note that I'm not and I've never been with Verizon nor Fastly. Am I infected? My K
  4. Did you try closing and restarting the application? It worked for me.
  5. I forgot to mention I'm also a premium user and that my license is valid for another 206 days. version: 3.6.1.2711 component package: 1.0.482 update package: 1.0.7787
  6. I have the same issue. It worked fine for months and this just started today.
  7. I have a similar problem when I try to log into outlook.office365.com. When the url is triggered, it's redirected to login.microsoftonline.com and login.microsoftonline.com is blocked by Malwarebytes. If I add login.microsoftonline.com to exclusions, my chrome browser says the connection is not private NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID When I try to go from another computer that dosen't have Malwarebytes, I don't have that problem. I'm using version 3.2.2.2018 Component package version: 1.0.3459 Update package version: 1.0.3459
  8. I have Premium paid version 3.0.6.1469 and the database are up to dates but I still have the problem.
  9. Hi Tom, I fixed my issue on another thread here, you might wanna try it :
  10. Hey @notbobsmith I was experiencing the exact same issue, literally everything in your post, nothing different. See the following link, someone helped me and this is the only thing that fixed my problem and Ive tried A LOT of things lol... :
  11. @AdvancedSetup Wow, I think you nailed it.I followed your instructions yesterday and I haven't encoutered the problem since then so far. Thanks a lot. I'm really amazed that this fixed my problem
  12. Also, do you want me to do that with my current version of mwb, which is 2.2.1 or instal 3.0.6 first?
  13. @AdvancedSetup Hi and thanks, I will try that but before I have some questions. On your instruction, the number 4, you say to Restart the Windows Management service. From a command shell? net stop winmgmt net start winmgmt (is that it?) Your note says, after completing the microsft instructions, a reboot is required. What microsoft instructions are you referring to? Also, what will be the result of doing these procedures, is it for performance analysis of each DLL's contained in the sys32 and 64 folders? If so, where do I extract these results. I haven't done any
  14. I'm not sure the fact that is doing more type of scanning can totally explain the freeze certain people are experiencing. I have a win7 x64 pro with 32go ram 12 threads processing, and since I've installed MWB 3.06x, my computer freezes for a solid 10 minutes at startup after the icon tray is loaded. With 2.21, the load is lightning fast instant. no delay, I can start using it immediately. So I rolled back to that version. I've tried the exclusion trick between kaspersky and mwb, I formatted my computer. I bought a brand new ssd with a clean format, and each time I installed MWB3.06x,
  15. I spent 4-5 days honestly, tried many combination, started from a fresh format with windows updates, everything was fine until I've installed the 3.06xx version. I'm really not sure why not everyone is encountering this, it's weird. It's not like my computer is a potato and I also have basic computer knowledge as I'm a C# dev. And the symptoms are really nasty, a 10 minutes steady freeze is really annoying. Well it appears the problem is not only on win7 x64 pro, I honestly thought it was this. Are you usking kaspersky as well? What are your motherboard and processor?
  16. I switched to the 2.2.1.1043 version and I had no problem since then, so it really is something with the newer version. Hopefully it will be fixed as I cannot use it in it's current state.
  17. Hi James, how did you revert to 2.2.1, did you download it from a 3rd party or from here? Because I would like to revert as well and I want it from malwarebytes website
  18. Brief description of the issue : When I boot my computer, after everything is loaded in the icon tray, I have a small time frame where I can open programs (google chrome, explorer, etc) but after 5-15 seconds, my computer freeze and I cannot do anything. Even the ctrl-alt-delete fails. This started happening since I last updated Malwarebytes. I Do you get the same result more than once if you follow the same steps? Y/N (No, it's random) OS: Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64, Im using Malwarebytes Premium Paid version: 3.0.6.1469 I have attached the log files, Ive been uninstalling rein
  19. Thanks for that tip. I've just added these in both application and will update results.
