  1. Someone from Malwarebytes did contact me and took care of my issue. Thanks for the quick and professional assistance through this non-standard request for help!
  2. Your support system automatically closes my support ticket because it cannot associate an active license with my email address. Of course, that is the problem that I am trying to report - that my license key is no longer working. I cannot report the issue because your ticketing system continues to close my tickets.   3. This IP is shared by many sites on the server. I don't believe that the domain I tried to reach (www.inetassoc.com) is the source of the issue. Please verify why this IP is blocked. Perhaps I can get the hosting provider to rectify the problem.
