Has anyone heard of a Tech Support Company called DigitalBulls.com; if so did they provided quality support w/o any issues? Epson or its 3rd party support contractor had previously provided a tech support number to call about 18 mos ago. I called same tech support # again tonight for a printer/wireless issue. The tech support reps that said they were DigitalBulls.com; their call center appeared to be based out of India. I had an uneasy feeling about providing them remote access to my home PC so backed out of call until I could verify thru Epson tomorrow morning.
