This is a false positive. You can safely dequarantine the file. Internet Explorer should resume working after that. A reboot might be necessary

Please check the 'Reports' tab.
Alternately, kindly check the Quarantine tab to see if there's a file named ieshims.dll. If it's there, dequarantine it. Then update mbam's database and do a rescan.
