  1. This version has not fixed the issue for me, in fact it's worse, now it hangs my complete system not just Chrome.☹️
  2. I have the latest MB version and updates and am running Windows 10 1903 (again latest updates -for this release), and I still have the same issue. (Call logged with support). In the mean time I have had to uninstall MB as it was affecting my PC too much.
  3. I'm going to say yes, but in these days of wfh it's really a hybrid of a business and personal computer, you can workplace join any PC. Although this does mean it's then a member of an AzureAD, which isn't the same as a fully managed on-prem Domain Workstation.
  4. Agree, and me to since the old days ;), but this is an AzureAD account that is a hybrid like beast for which I cant control the local profile name.
  5. I'm logged in using an AzureAD account, its SID is listed under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList, but its not a local account as the ones listed in the logs are.
  6. I changed it to myname in the post to anonymise it. The log file is correct I just checked, it matches whoami
  7. If you mean my Windows 10 Profile, it looks fine, not temporary Directory of C:\Users\myname 12/06/2020 20:15 9,961,472 ntuser.dat
  8. Ok, I have modified the scan time to early afternoon when the PC is usual on.
  9. Here are the logs, luckily as soon as I enabled MBAM and rebooted, the issue immediately re-occurred. So I grabbed the logs straight away.
  10. Is it ok to post the logs here? Is there any sensitivities information in them?
  11. As this problem is intermittent, would the logs be of any use if the issue isn't occurring when the logs are taken?
  12. This is still happening intermittently (usually after a reboot), quitting Malwarebytes always resolves, or another reboot. I'm running the latest client with the latest updates on Windows 10. I have uninstalled MBAM now as this issue has been going on too long.
  13. This is still happenig intermittnaly (usialy after a reboot), q
  14. I cant search that guide, and when I use the support site to search for "exclude files" it lands me on old articles by default, is there an advanced search option where I can specify the MB version?
  15. Ahh ok, there was me looking in settings. You might want to update the help section on your website, its still referring to v3.x, in fact most of the help is. Thx
