  1. That's good news Porthos - a data problem, nothing to do with the program :-)
  2. PROBLEM: MB3.1 Dashboard reports Website Protection is OFF and cannot be switched back on. The issue started today, 19th May. The app performed flawlessly in the preceding few days so what changed? I rebooted and everything has been working ok for the last 2 hours. MB 3.1.2.1733, Component package 1.0.122, Update package 1.0.1976 Win10 Pro x64
  3. Is adding a domain exclusion for office365.com a workaround? See attached file. Adding Exclusions in Malwarebytes.pdf

  5. Further comments: 1. Random loss of "Web Protection" (well documented by others here) leaves users highly vulnerable to booby-trapped web sites. MB then asserts that users need not run additional AV software (e.g. Norton etc.). Are you kidding?!!! 2. As described, MB interferes with email for users running Microsoft Outlook 2016 (and maybe earlier versions?). I can't prove it, but the finger points at MB because my Outlook profile became corrupted shortly after installing MB 6.0.5. I could no longer send and receive emails. I'm not an Outlook expert so it took me several hours to research the problem, find my password and learn how to build a new profile. I uninstalled MB 3.0.5, reverted to MB Antimalware 2.2.1.1043 and experienced no further problems. I later uninstalled MB Antimalware using the clean uninstall tool and installed MB 3.0.6 using admin privileges. After a while, Outlook began to run erratically and finally stalled completely. I rebooted the PC and uninstalled MB 3.0.6. Outlook has since run perfectly. Most home users don't run the Office 365 version of Outlook so won't be affected (Note: The web version of Outlook is a different product). However, Outlook 2016 is a critical application for most corporate customers
  6. I attach the files as requested. I hope this helps, but note that MB 3.0 has been uninstalled and that I am now running MB 2.2.1.1043. I could not find mb-checkReport.txt but attach mb-checkResult.txt instead. mbamservice.zip mb-checkResult.txt
  7. 1. Web protection randomly drops out and a warning screen is displayed. In Settings, web protection then refuses to start. 2. MB causes problems with Microsoft Outlook 365. Everything runs ok for a while then problems occur. With vsn 3.0.5, my Profile became corrupt and I had to create a new Outlook profile. With vsn 3.0.6, Outlook became very slow, then it hung completely and I had to reboot to get Outlook back. The Outlook problem only occurs after 3.0.5 or 3.0.6 is installed. I have uninstalled MB 3.0.6, Outlook now runs perfectly. I have reverted to MB Anti-Malware 2.2.1.1043.. Environment: Win10 Pro 64bit, Office 365 Home Premium, Outlook 2016 MSO (16.0.7571.7095) 32-bit, Norton Security,
