  1. Blocks the website and says it has malware. You link is: https://block.malwarebytes.com/?lic=Licensed&cat=Trojan&lang=en&prod=NCEP-WIN&ver=4.4.1.122&cpv=1.0.1318&upv=1.0.46774&ip=3.232.190.167&url=ravenpool.ninja Looking elsewhere, I don't see that it is virustotal shows it as clean, but the forum won't let me post that result (y'all really need to make this easier to submit for review.)
  2. Djacobson - I had emailed support last week and got it resolved. Thank you.
  3. Hi Lazz - I did that this morning. I'm also not able to get into the license portal either. It asks for a username, but I don't recall picking a username or password for that (I just clicked a link the sales rep sent me to pay for the service and got that email as well a copy of the receipt.) Please advise. I have an employee who normally offsite in the office today, that I'd like to deploy to (via the console.) Thank you, Grant
  4. Is there a step by step on this? Installed the software yesterday, got everything up and running across our network. Come in this morning, and it's logged me out. Password I selected yesterday no longer works...
  5. Gonzo - Thanks, I understand and got it figured out on my end. I was pointing out why it may be confusing and also was trying to use the keywords I used in Google for my problem, so if/when others have the same issue, they find this thread and a further explanation. Take care, Grant
  6. Issue is the staff member above you states this: Regardless, I resolved the issue by following the enabling of 3.5 via these instructions here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh506443(v=vs.110).aspx and got a successful deploy on a windows 10 machine via the Malwarebytes Management Console "Client Push Install". I hope this helps others, as it took a lot of reading and googling to figure out that .NET 4.6.X =/= .NET 3.5 (re: 'Simulation failed. .NET Framework 3.5 is not installed on client computer.')
