  1. I also tried to run bat as an Administrator with same results.

  3. It never asked for a reboot. And after I quit Malwarebytes from the tray my internet connect is hung until I reboot.   4. More info - If I run MBAM4 with Ransomware off after about 10 minutes if I execute a program like my email client or a browser, the programs either start very slowly or not at all. Iam still waiting for a reply from my Wed submit?

  6. I haven't heard a word from you since Wed. At this point Iam not running MBAM4 until its fixed.

  8. I did a clean boot with only Malwarebytes service on. When i did a threat scan it hung doing a "Check for updates". Pause and Cancel buttons were grayed out.
  9. I will stay with you guys on the forum. It took 6 days an another email to get a response from support. That's why I posted on the forum.
  10. Page Unresponsive Error thread seems to be the same problem Iam having.
  11. It downloads the update and then just does this until i stop MBAM
  12. My problem is that the threat scan never goes beyond the "checking for updates" It hangs there forever, until I stop MBAM.
  13. I just tried A custom scan (says in progress) No"Items Scanned" are being updated , Pause and Cancel buttons are grayed out, No checks next to the list, Scan Duration is counting up and Computer screen has the blue line moving back and forth. I still have Kaspersky and ransomeware turned off.
