  1. Yes I decided to get rid of the program and got a refund for it from the vender because of all the problems I was having.
  2. I've had the install .exe file scanned and think I see the reason why Malwarebytes and MSE see WinThruster as a virus. https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/64b46a0d05b19c1c86d8ac8257e356780ad7a327b9fc9ebd3c5db5631efc69dd/analysis/1513057418/
  3. Recently I purchased and installed Wondershare to convert mkv videos to mpeg4 and realised it was a huge mistake installing this program on my PC. Not only didn't the program work but installed heaps of problems in my registry which has taken me ages to try and sort out. One of the programs needed to fix this problem was WinThrust but unfortunately even though I have put this in malwarebytes exclusion section Malwarebytes keeps deleting the program which is starting to become annoying. The same thing is happening with Microsoft Securities Essentials even though it is excluded there as well. Any help would be appreciated.
  4. Decided to uninstall and reinstall and that fixed the problem.
  5. I have Malwarebytes Premium 3.05 on my PC and am running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit as the operating system. When opening Malwarebytes from the desktop it shows all protection is enabled and working but when checking in the "Hidden Icons" section Malwarebytes has a red exclaimation mark on it stating protection is disabled. I'm finding this a little confusing, is it enabled or disabled? Is there anyway to find out?
