  1. Need to have my license reset. When attempting to activate my copy of MWB 3.0 I get this error - see image.
  2. I don't believe that the issue is VPN provider specific. I'm pretty sure that the issue occurs with any flavor of VPN or virtual PC app. I have the same issue as you do, just waiting for the patch.
  3. Yes. and I use it frequently. Current symptoms are a variation of the original. The software reverts to version 3.0.0, then updates to 3.04 then can be manually updated to, then reverts to 3.0.0 and forgets the scan history.
  4. Roger that. Symptom update: After installing V3.05 to a cleaned system the software reverted to version 3.0.0 and then updated to version 3.0.4
  5. Actually a clean install. This is a fresh windows install of Windows 8.1 pro. Uninstalling and reinstalling had no effect.To answer your other question, it wasn't installed in safe mode.
  6. After installing MWB 3.05, I activate my license and then set options (nearly all of them) and scan my system - no malware found. After a restart, the program reverts to Malwarebytes 3.0.0 and the license is missing. Your thoughts?
