Gonna do a backup of system later on here!! just completed my First Clean Install on Gamer24 Desktop, as didn't when i received system on July 12th, so decided to go ahead and do 1, so its all fresh Windows 11 Pro Install, since upgraded from Home a little bit after Did 1 Backup eariler after the clean install with Malware & Pup protection disabled and it finished successfully, second one gonna be the fully full one lol

I never expected any overnight fix, i'm fine with whatever time it takes for a full fix in the matter Then i can get back to fully enjoying Other Computer tasks, and less troubleshooting hopefully for a long time lol. I've done about 4-5 Remote Sessions with Acronis support and possibly another one sometime soon with Expert support on there side, except having issues now scheduling next session with them lol, OnceHub keeps saying booking not complete due to communication issue, please try again later lol

Well the Backups still failed even with the exclusions in Malwarebytes 5 Premium, If i close Malwarebytes by clicking on Quit Malwarebytes, then it shows at end of Acronis True Image 2025 Backup---Backup has Completed successfully instead of Last Backup was stopped, restarting in 1 minute message that it was showing all the time on each backup I guess the other exclusions for SecondLife Firestorm Viewer 64bit are working, not sure why there not for Acronis though, i excluded every Acronis Exe file i could find, and Every Single Folder to see if i could get it working properly

I can try that with Main PC shortly here, or whenever this WD My Book 8TB finishes its full format task. so far i'm just happy 1 Machine worked successfully despite i had to close Malwarebytes to get it to be successful for first time since July 20th

Yup slowly getting Main PC ready for 24H2 (only Windows 11 Compatible system in the house at moment) unless i can somehow get my older system in a slightly smaller MATX case and convert that to Updated Family PC wheni got time

Seagate External in Enclosure Hooked up to PC 2 with Malwarebytes Quitted "Backup has Completed successfully" for very first time since July 16th lol So i imagine will be same results on PC 1 later on with original backup drive lol, maybe just with the exclusions set in Malwarebytes on PC 1 i can hope lol **think i paniced to get ready for 24H2, and was like wanted a 3 computer subscription that would get updates in case any updates needed for Windows 11 24H2 for main PC lol** previously did have a Home License to Maricum for 4 PC's, with 3 in use

Will definitely give that a shot for sure, might even hook up the Seagate external on PC 2, and test the part while waiting for main backup drive to finish lol

Ok was starting to panic there lol I got alot of accounts probably to clean up on various sites lol to tell truth lol, my roboform password manager list is so long lol Resumes working on the exclusions, then will do same on PC 2 Gaming Laptop and see if make any progress lol, Drive format currently at 36 Percent

Ok Issue been having since July 16th 2024---Which is when it gets to End of Backup It displays Last Backup has Stopped, Restarting in like 1 minute, proceeds to do 5 incrementals at once. Been working with Acronis support since July 20th, with not much progress Currently after running DiskPart Clean All on WD My Book 8TB, In Process of Full Format right now, but i can attempt any possible fixes on PC 2 Gaming Laptop, and then see if drive backs up properly when drive is done formatting or early tomorrow whichever the case ends up being. Been working on this daily since lol **PS during Middle of Troubleshooting with Acronis did purchase from MS App Store Upgrade to Windows 11 Pro edition as i wanted Remote Desktop like my old desktop, not sure if that messed anything up or not Not sure if a setting in Malwarebytes Premium or Exclusion can solve this issue or not, but wiling at this point to try anything, heck i clean installed PC 2 last night, and still occured

Hopefully not, though is second time i had to do the same fix on Desktop version of Malwarebytes Free, and still have to fix Laptop, probably work on that one possibly later or tomorrow depending on what else going on. Try to Keep the systems with as close software layout as i can, ((though Desktop has a few more games)) Still need to upgrade Laptops M.2 Drive if i can ever get the Laptops bottom cover off lol, darn screws lol, may have shop do that after pandemic is over i hope.

Yeah well i always did, guess personal preference i suppose on the using limited account for security, i started doing that after major system infection a long time ago, and just kept at it, of course i can start running malwarebytes only on the full admin account for my weekly scans if need be

I'm using my Microsoft account 90 percent of the time, ((Limited account), when i discovered the issue, Admin account used for Admin tasks as needed, always setup my systems like that for years, same for Laptop machine

Well i did grab the results for the Desktop that time, then went ahead and cleaned, and reinstalled, as it was second time i had to do this on the Desktop, so kinda just automatically did the steps lol, uploads the log files mbst-grab-results.zip

Hello All **Note just reporting this issue, already fixed with Malwarebytes Suppport tool on this system for the second time, will have to fix on Laptop though tomorrow or later** Went to open it to do my weekly scan this morning, no response from Open Malwarebytes at all, or from the start menu icon, then download malwarebytes support tool, cleaned it out, restarted, then reinstalled it, then did my weekly scan, and seems to be fine now. Any idea what it's happening? Windows 10 Pro 2004 on this system, and Windows 10 Home x64 2004 on Laptop that i still have to fix tomorrow.

In Addition I've been detecting TheBrighttag.com with Adwcleaner for a while now on all systems, Previous Real time protection was Avast Free Antivirus, and Malwarebytes Free, Decided to run ADWCleaner to make sure nothing was missed, Detected PUP.OptionalLegacy and TheBrighttag.com, cleaned and restarted, on each system, and a few weeks later run ADWcleaner 7.2.6.0 again, and same detections yet again Not sure if false positive, something with Avast or what, Main Desktop currently running Windows Defender built into WIndows 10, I havent' switched the other systems yet til I determine what the cause is if possible

Cleaned with ADWcleaner, then system restarted, then I posted the logs after restart

Well I got the original scan detection log, second scan now showing clean for the moment, Debug log files with ADW Cleaner not seeing any of those present. I'll attach the cleaning log if that helps any AdwCleaner[S09].txt
