How do you locate kelihos in registry files? It duplicates itself and is extemely hard to find. Is there any way to get malwarebytes to scan again without getting rid of the thing i use malwarebytes for?

I am having trouble getting rid of all the viruses on one of my computers. I have used rkill, spyhunter, malewarebytes and kasperky internet security. Everything works except malewarebytes. It hangs when I try to scan. First, the software would hang on one file that it was scanning and never continue. So I took the advice of another thread and went through regedit and found all the registries for malwarebytes and reinstalled once they were all deleted. After that, the program now freezes my computer right before its done rootkit scanning. Please help as there are threats it finds, but I cant do anything unless the scan completes. This has been the worst virus, malware, Crazy attack Ive ever seen. thanks
