  1. Until now, I always had Malwarebyte and Windows Defender running at the same time. And also the corresponding exclusions configured. However, I have the problem again and again that Windows Defender causes a very high CPU load. That's why I've now deactive Windows Defender. I wanted to ask what experiences you have? Is Malwarebyte alone sufficient?
  2. Have the following problem with MB and Windows Defender. Since the new version 4.1.0.56, the Windows Security Center shows that Windows Defender is no longer active, but is now malware byte (see picture). Is this correct !? I have another Win10 PC with MB 4.1, everything is ok there. mb.pdf mbst-grab-results.zip
  3. I was able to solve the problem now... The following folders must be excluded: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple)
  4. same Problem.... I have entered the following folders: .\Program Files\iTunes .\ProgramData\Apple .\ProgramData\Apple Computer .\Users\Tom\AppData\Local\Apple .\Users\Tom\AppData\Local\Apple Computer .\Users\Tom\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer

  6. With the new version Malwarebytes 4.0 for Windows - build 1.0.793 I have followed. Problem: Since then, I can't do any more backups in iTunes. The iPhone is recognized, but if you click on the iPhone icon in iTunes but at the top of the bar, the corresponding fields are not active in the settings. If I turn off malwarebytes then everything goes again in iTunes.
  7. Is there no way to add exclusions (Files / Folders) in Malewarebytes 4.0.4 !??
