Alternate FileShredder was reported as ransomware. MS Defender gives it a clean bill of health, ditto Jotti, ditto VirusTotal except for one AV I've never heard of (MaxSecure). I've been using the app for a couple years now with no problems. Alternate FileShredder.txt FileShredder.zip

Maybe this is the wrong place to post, but I upgraded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free 2.2.1 to Malwarebytes 3 Free this morning. (I confess; I've got Bitdefender and I'm using MBAM in the way of a second opinion.) I've run several scans, but this is all I get, either: -Scan Summary- Scan Type: Custom Scan Result: Cancelled Objects Scanned: 0 (No malicious items detected) Time Elapsed: 0 min, 3 sec or: -Scan Summary- Scan Type: Threat Scan Result: Cancelled Objects Scanned: 0 (No malicious items detected) Time Elapsed: 0 min, 2 sec As opposed to v2.2.1, it doesn't seem to be doing anything at all. What am I missing here?
