  1. Sorry, I haven't been feeling well for the past couple days, so lots of work to catch up with. Hopefully I will be able to reach out to you within 2 days with details.
  2. Yes. Loads of work to do, so barely any free time. Just assume that if I don't respond within a day that I'm busy. Glad that you're still with me though, appreciate it!
  3. I couldn't run the setup, so I tried extracting it with WinRAR. I then tried running the EXE, but I still got the Win32 error. This error is also stopping me from running installers of other software as well.
  4. I'm still unable to run any sort of antivirus software. I get the same Win32 Application error.
  5. Yes, it's just that I've been quite busy at the moment. I will reply back with details as soon as I can.
  6. I was able to run Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials in safe mode. Security Essentials caught 2 trojans, while Malwarebytes detected nearly 14,000 PUPs.
  7. Strange, I just realized that I'm unable to run any antivirus software. Whenever I try to run an antivirus software or installation files, I get this error: "File is not a valid Win32 application"
  8. Hi Aura, it's nice to meet you! While I was waiting for an answer, I tried to solve the problem myself. Fortunately, I was able to figure out how to delete the viruses and trojans on my computer by booting into safe mode, deleting the folders containing the executables and deleting the registery entries through Registry Editor. Also, through safe mode, I was able to run Microsoft Security Essentials (which caught tons of trojans and adware) and other antivirus software! I then transferred everything onto a new account on my computer. The only time my computer crashes is when I open up a file for a program (FL Studio 11.5). It doesn't crash when I open up FL Studio and then using the Open function and selecting the file. Thank you for your time though, I appreciate it!
  9. I've recently caught a virus. It exists as the processes cpx.exe and vmxclient.exe. I'm not sure how to get rid of this. I've tried booting into safe mode and deleting the folders holding these processes, but they just come back eventually. In addition, whenever I attempt to run any sort of antivirus software, I get the "Not a valid Win32 application" error. Please help me! I've attached pictures as references.
  10. I'm still following this topic. The problem hasn't happened for the while after your solutions, but if you need me to do anything else I won't mind.
