  1. Update - and thank you - I just found the correct Killer drivers to update the wireless adapter - and hey - it seems to have solved the issue - Having done this step last of all, I am reasonably sure the Killer drivers were causing this problem... For now - thank you and solved.
  2. Hi - Thank you for your continued help with this issue - I have followed all the above instructions (except for fixing the system errors as I do not know how to do that) - fresh started all browsers, and also clean installed premium Antimalware, and the problem of HTTPS blocking still persists. I can only view HTTPS sites by disabling malicious website protection. Aggh!
  3. Here are the logs - Is the problem fixed? No - Malwarebytes is still blocking HTTPS traffic (Facebook, HSBC bank etc) The programs recommended to be run above also removed my instant messaging app QQ (by Tencent) which is vital for my communications and file sendings with suppliers and factories in the far east. I was not aware the processes listed above would go ahead and remove programs without my intervention. I will need to restore back to the time just before these programs were run (hopefully the restore point made by the Junkware removal tool is working) The junkware removal tool also removed AVG Toolbar (safe) MyIbay (safe) Tencent (needed) safesearchincognito (not needed, been trying to remove) searchassistant (not needed,) The Sophos scan found possibly some archived virus email attachments FRST.txt JRT.txt SophosVirusRemovalTool.log Addition.txt AdwCleaner[C2].txt
  4. I have no idea what these scripts relate to - They are not something I have set up on purpose - How can I find out what these refer to? Restart of the computer has not helped the blocking issues. Shall I restart the computer and then take some more logs?
  5. Thank you for the quick reponse - please find the files attached Addition.txt CheckResults.txt FRST.txt
  6. Hi there - I hope you can help - For no apparent reason, Malwarebytes Antimalware has started blocking all HTTPS websites today (including this forum, and HSBC bank, Xero, to name a few, but excluding Google it seems) - When I disable malicious website protection, I can access these sites, and I can access them with them added to Web Exclusions - but I'd rather not have to add every single HTTPS site to the exlusions list - (I am not getting any pop ups from Malwarebytes - just no access to the websites I am using Windows 10 (all updates added up to date) - and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.2.1.1043 build date 10/03/2016 (latest definitions update file) and Firefox 50.0 and Microsoft Edge 38.14393.0.0 Could anyone help assist?
