I did troubleshoot. it installed drivers and restarted computer, but still dnt have any sound.

no exclamation marks on any of them.I updated both drivers . but still not working. tried roll back drivers too. but not working

I mean there is no sound when i play anything.

Hi Kevin, I have attached Fixlog file. I uninstalled iobit malware fighter 4. Deleted C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit but could not find MyTransitGuide Internet Explorer Homepage and New Tab Performed scan with Malwarebytes and i have attached Scanlog.txt file. lease look at it. Hello, my computer has been infected by some kind of viruse and it wont let me install malwarebytes or wont let me connect to internet. I have tried to scan with Avast but it wont fix it.
