No infections, I was just a little worried that one of those programs changed the folders properties (and possibly something else) without changing it back afterwards, but nevermind I just set it as hidden manually.

$RECYCLE.BIN is still visible even though it should be hidden...

BTW why did ComboFix make $RECYCLE.BIN suddenly visible on all partitions despite hidden folders still remaining invisible, and how could I fix it? JRT.txt AdwCleaner[S0].txt AdwCleaner[C0].txt FRST.txt Addition.txt

So I was going through my photo collection on my computer when the viewer crashed (I was going a little too fast) and it said that "COM surrogate" had to be closed. Googling for a solution, I got plenty of results saying it's a very malicious troyan, but MBAM didn't find anything (granted, it was the free version) and upon careful research I learned that it is apparently a completely legit Windows process which just happens to have a troyan named after it to fool users. Still, I'd rather not take any risks (I use this machine for things like online transactions) so I figured it wouldn't hurt to make sure. Sorry that the logs are not in English but it just wouldn't let me select language... FRST.txt Addition.txt
