    Ive been trying to figure this out. I finally figured out how to put it in Safe mode with Networking but it isnt connecting to the internet still. How would i transfer that program from a different conputer?

    I wasn't sure which forum to post this on so i apologize for that. I think my proxy server may be infected with a virus. Ive searched the internet endlessly for a solution more easily understandable for a computer noob, but to no avail. How would i determine that it IS the proxy server? I have AVG right now, wouldnt that at least alert me? Also, how would i go about fixing it? My proxy address is: 127.0.0.1 Port: 8118 and my LAN is set to automatically detect settings
