    I had this same issue and it seems to be in my case connected to AVAST Antivirus ( Free Version 4.8) as after removal with Malwarebytes I went to open avast and it created an error related specifically to the actskin 4.ocx Hope this Helps Both my computers have AVAST both had the same Exact # of files same name same everything ALOHA
